To provide a material having an improved processing precision, which may be firmly fixed to a processing jig even under a situation where sufficient space is not secured between the processing jig and a processing machine.SOLUTION: There is provided an abutment material for custom-made implant 1, which comprises a cylindrical body part 10 on which a joint screw 11 is provided on one side at one end, a joint part 20 which is formed on the other end of the body part and provided with a joint hole 21 on one side, and a flange part 30 extending outwardly from the periphery of the one end of the body part. There is provided a processing jig for the abutment material for custom-made implant, which comprises a fixing groove into which the flange part is inserted on one side of the upper surface, a base part in which steps are formed along the periphery of the other side of the upper surface adjacent to the fixing groove, a joint bolt which is connected to the base part on one side of the bottom surface and penetrates the base part, and on which the joint screw is fastened, and a joint opening whose upper surface penetrates the body part, whose inner periphery is jointed to a side surface of the steps and whose one side of the upper surface is supported by the flange part and an upper surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
