PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust preventive repair method for a steel material, a rust preventive repair method for an iron tower, and a rust preventive repair steel material capable of rust preventive repair of a steel material in a short period of time and at low cost. SOLUTION: A method for repairing rust prevention of a steel material includes a base material adjusting step ST11 for adjusting the base material of the steel material by cleaning the construction target area of the steel material and applying a primer on the construction target area for which the base material has been adjusted to form a base layer.
