To provide a window frame of a skylight window and a skylight window which have high strength and are excellent in heat insulation resistance and weather resistance.SOLUTION: A window frame of a skylight window mounted on an opening formed on a roof of a building includes an outer frame member formed of metal, a fixing member that fixes the outer frame member to the opening of the roof, and an inner frame member which is formed of resin and is arranged inside of the outer frame member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
