To deal with an abnormal value of an internal parameter of a storage battery.SOLUTION: An internal parameter estimation device for a storage battery disclosed here estimates an internal parameter of the storage battery, detects that an estimated value of the internal parameter is out of a reference range, and sets the value of the internal parameter to a changed value within the reference range when it is detected that the value of the internal parameter is out of the reference range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
