PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker watching system capable of notifying a worker or a driver that there is a mobile device for work or the presence of a worker without giving excessive stress to the worker or the driver. SOLUTION: A vibration detector 13 of a communication terminal 10 for a mobile device detects vibration of an internal combustion engine which is a prime mover of a mobile device 40 for work, and a movable state detection unit 12 can move to a beacon signal generator 11. When the signal is output, the first beacon signal generator 11 generates the first beacon signal having a stronger radio wave strength than the first beacon signal when the movable signal is not input. The worker communication terminals 20a, 20b ... 20n determine whether or not the first danger determination unit 22 is within the danger range based on the radio wave strength of the first beacon signal received by the first beacon signal reception unit 21. Since the determination is made, only the necessary alarm is issued by changing the width of the danger range depending on whether the working mobile device 40 is moving or in a movable state.
