PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passive RFID tag capable of securing sufficient electric power even if a circuit for external connection is provided. SOLUTION: A rectifying circuit that rectifies a received signal from an antenna that receives a wireless signal and outputs it as a DC voltage, a capacitor connected to an output line of the rectifying circuit, and an output DC voltage of the rectifying circuit are made constant. The operation is started by applying the first regulator voltage by the generation of the first regulator voltage and the first regulator circuit that performs the operation of generating the first regulator voltage, and the operation is started by the generation of the first regulator voltage. A control circuit that generates a control signal at the reception timing, an operation that generates a second regulator voltage by making the output DC voltage of the rectifier circuit constant in response to the control signal, and outputs the second regulator voltage to the outside. A second regulator circuit is provided. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
