To provide a crystal radical polymerizable composition for sealing an on-vehicle power semiconductor element, which is superior in fluidity and satisfactory in handleability.SOLUTION: A crystal radical polymerizable composition for sealing a power semiconductor element for on-vehicle use according to the present invention comprises at least a crystal radical polymerizable compound, an inorganic filler, a silane coupling agent and a radical polymerization initiator. In a preferred embodiment of the crystal radical polymerizable composition for sealing a power semiconductor element for on-vehicle use according to the invention, the crystal radical polymerizable compound comprises at least one or more kinds selected from an unsaturated polyester, na epoxy(meth)acrylate, an urethane (meth)acrylate, a polyester(meth)acrylate, a polyether(meth)acrylate, a radical polymerizable monomer, and a radical polymerizable multimer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
