A dressing for treating a tissue site with negative pressure includes a manifold having a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The dressing also includes a first layer adjacent the first side and a second layer adjacent the second side. The first layer and the second layer each include a polymer film. The dressing also includes a plurality of fluid restrictions adjacent at least the first side of the polymer film and a plurality of bonds between the first and second layers.
