When the response telegram is received, the setting device 20 acquires an ID of the relay 12-1 for reception included in the response telegram to be registered, transmits a sleep request telegram to the registered relay 12-1 for reception to suspend a telegram transmission operation. When registration of all the IDs of the relays 12-1 to 12-3 for reception within a range at which a radio wave from the setting device 20 arrives is terminated, a restoration telegram is transmitted to the relays 12-1 to 12-3 for reception to release suspension of the telegram transmission operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
