Methods and compositions for raw formulations of fortified sugars for glycemic control

The glycemic control composition comprises a sweetener, polyphenols, and starch. Examples of the two formulations include i) sweeteners, gallic acid as polyphenols, and arabinoxylan as starch; and ii) sweeteners, hesperidin or hesperidin as polyphenols, and inulin as starch. Not limited. Advantageously, the formulation comprises a combination of ingredients to make an effective formulation that reduces or ameliorates the hyperglycemic load or hyperglycemic effect of high intake.
