To provide an autograph goods certificate that enables a third party to easily determine authenticity of autograph goods.SOLUTION: An autograph goods certificate is a certificate which certifies that an autograph on autograph goods by a person is authentic. In the autograph goods certificate, at least a photograph taken of a signature part of at least the autograph goods is attached thereon, a website address where a decisive evidence of a signing site can be viewed in an image for verification is described thereon, and disposed on one document. The certificate may described with a place where the signature was made, the date and time and details of a signature object, and attached with a forgery prevention hologram with a serial number achieving a role that associates the autograph goods and the certificate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
