To provide a work machine transport matter identification device capable of identifying the matter discharged, a work machine, a work machine transport matter identification method, a complementary model producing method, and a learning data set.SOLUTION: A data acquisition part 1701 acquires picked-up images of objects being discharged by the work machine from an imaging apparatus. A vessel identification part 1704 identifies at least a part of three-dimensional position of the discharged matter on the basis of the picked-up images. A surface identification part 1705 identifies the three-dimensional position of the conveyed matters being discharged on the basis of at least the part of three-dimensional position of the discharged matter and the picked-up images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
