AUTOMATIC DEVICE FOR WINDING WIRE IN SHAPE OF NUMBER EIGHT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic device for winding wire in the shape of the number eight capable of automatically storing a long wire without twisting.;SOLUTION: The automatic device for winding wire in the shape of the number eight is constituted of: a swing frame which is connected and interlocked with a prime mover part via a swing mechanism and freely swings left and right; a body for swinging in the shape of the number eight suspended at the swing frame via a front-and-rear displacement mechanism while free displacing in the front and rear direction is allowed; and a wire guide part provided at the lower end of the body for swinging in the shape of the number eight. The swing mechanism is a gear group containing a crank mechanism, and the front-and-rear displacement mechanism is constituted so that the body for swinging in the shape of the number eight freely swings in the front and rear direction by a rotational mechanism of a left-and-right horizontal axis fixed to an upper end part of the body for swinging in the shape of the number eight. An operation of winding wire in the shape of the number eight by the body for swinging in the shape of the number eight is performed by timing-controlling the left-and-right swinging by the swing mechanism and a front-and-rear swinging operation by the front-and-rear displacement mechanism.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
