To provide an image blur correction device for correcting a blur, so that the difference of an image blur in an angle of view is inconspicuous.SOLUTION: The image blur correction device for correcting the blur of an image formed on the imaging surface of an imaging apparatus (1) includes a shake angle sensor (14) which detects the shake angle of the imaging apparatus, a correction amount calculation part (16a) which sets the movement amount of a blur correction lens (10) constituting an imaging optical system (8) included in the imaging apparatus or the movement amount of the imaging surface, so as to suppress the blur of the image formed on the imaging surface on the basis of the shake angle detected by the shake angle sensor, and an actuator (12) which moves the blur correction lens or the imaging surface by the movement amount set by the correction amount calculation part in a plane orthogonal to the optical axis of the imaging apparatus. The correction amount calculation part decides the movement amount, so that the blur amount of the image at each point on the imaging surface is suppressed as a whole in the imaging surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
