PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an approved field in which a third party field needs to approve the inspection / correction authority of a field value in a form, so that the inspection / correction authority of the approved person is responsible for it. It can be set to match with, thus preventing the approved person from inspecting / correcting form information that is not related to the work, and reducing the possibility of leakage of corporate information. The present invention discloses a method of approving a field value of a form field via a third party field and selects one or more approved persons; selects one form to be approved.
