According to the present invention, the authorized fields in the form, in respect of which it is necessary to grant the rights to view / change the values of the fields, are limited by setting the fields of a third party, thus the rights of the authorized object to view / change are set in accordance with its official duties, which prevents viewing / changing an authorized object of information of a form that is not related to its work, and reduces the likelihood of leakage of company information.
