PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a change in nickel deposit quantity with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A device for testing nickel deposit quantity is provided that comprises: a rod-like heater pin to be heated which simulates a fuel rod; a container covering the circumference of the heater pin; a liquid circulation part of which both ends are connected to the container, and which supplies liquid discharged from the container, to the container to circulate liquid; a metal element supply part including a nickel arrangement part which is arranged in the liquid circulation part and in which nickel-based metal is arranged, the nickel-based metal simulating nickel-based metal arranged in a path of primary cooling water of a nuclear reactor, and an iron arrangement part which is arranged in the liquid circulation part and in which iron-based metal is arranged, the iron-based metal simulating iron-based metal arranged in a path of primary cooling water of a nuclear reactor; a desalting part which recovers a part of fluid flowing through the liquid circulation part, removes salt contained in the collected fluid, and supplies the desalted fluid to the liquid circulation part; and a dissolved gas concentration adjustment part which supplies elements to the fluid flowing through the liquid circulation part, and adjusts dissolved gas concentration. The container includes a cylindrical passage which surrounds the circumference of the heater pin, and has a constant cross-sectional area perpendicular to its axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
