To provide a moving body abnormality control device, a moving body abnormality control system, and a method thereof for appropriately performing analysis when an abnormality occurs.SOLUTION: A moving body abnormality control device 60, which exchanges data with a host device (100), detects a state of a moving body when an abnormality is detected by a detection unit (61) that detects the abnormality of a moving body (10), and stores at least a part of the detected state. The moving body abnormality control device transmits, when such an abnormality is detected, abnormality information indicating a content of the abnormality to the host device, stores an abnormality analysis program that the host device transmits to the transmitted abnormality information so that it can be implemented on the moving body, and executes the abnormality analysis program when an abnormality analysis condition corresponding to the state of the moving body stored when the abnormality is detected is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
