Provided are a state monitoring system, a state monitoring method, a state monitoring program, and a recording medium that can be easily introduced. The state monitoring system (1) includes an acquisition unit (11) and a generation unit (12). The generation unit (12) generates analysis data for monitoring a state related to the conversion device (4) using the waveform data. The generation unit (12) obtains a plurality of combinations of the frequency value and the feature value composed of intensity or phase from the waveform data when the value of the driving frequency is changed, by frequency analysis.
