To provide a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for generating a three-dimensional scene map.SOLUTION: A method for generating a three-dimensional scene map includes: a step 101 for acquiring at least two frames of point cloud data collected by a basic road information collecting device and performing data registration on at least the two frames of point cloud data; a step 102 for deleting first type of point cloud data corresponding to a dynamic obstacle from each frame of point cloud data and acquiring an original scene map by performing data fusion of each frame of point cloud data; and a step 103 for replacing second type of point cloud data corresponding to at least one regularly shaped object with model data of a geometric model matching with the regularly object for an original scene map and acquiring the three-dimensional scene map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
