Therapeutic combination of third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors and RAF inhibitors

The present invention particularly relates to a combination formulation comprising (a) a third generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor and (b) a Raf inhibitor for use in the treatment of cancer, particularly lung cancer. The present invention comprises the use of such combinations for the preparation of pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer; including jointly administering to a subject in need of treatment of cancer a therapeutically effective amount of the combination. Methods of treating the cancer of the subject; also relating to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such combinations and their commercial packaging.
