To provide technique for facilitating proceeding to learn a model.SOLUTION: A machine learning system includes a submission sentence acquisition unit for acquiring a submission sentence submitted by a user, and a machine learning unit for performing machine learning of a model showing a relation between wording related to the presence/absence of action included in the submission sentence and an action result showing whether the action is performed. The machine learning unit performs the machine learning by associating the performance of the action with the wording in the case that the submission sentence including the wording related to the presence/absence of the action is acquired and that it is not specified whether the action is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
