PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mask which does not make breathing difficult even when worn when breathing becomes rough due to exercise or physical labor or in a hot and humid environment. According to the present invention, the cloth of the mask is attracted by breathing by attaching a tape-shaped core material with elasticity to the lining of the cloth mask at a substantially horizontal position passing between the nostrils and the mouth when worn.
