PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently reduce frictional force generated between a skin plate and an inner wall surface, by injecting a skid material over the whole periphery of the skin plate between the skin plate and the inner wall surface of a drilling hole.SOLUTION: A shield machine 10 is used in a shield method or a propulsion method, and comprises a cylindrical skin plate 4 and a cutter device 2 rotatably provided on the tip of the skin pate 4, and bores the natural ground inside by the cutter device 2, and comprises opening parts 22 and 31 for injecting a skid material W backward between the skin plate 4 and an inner wall surface H of a drilling hole into an outer peripheral part of the cutter device 2 and a part of turning to the rear side of an outer part of the skin plate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
