PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support creation of an introduction letter.SOLUTION: One embodiment of an introduction letter creation support system related to embodiments comprises: a first database; a second database; a medical information acquisition part; an inference part; and a creation processing part. The first database stores medical information for every patient. The second database stores information for creating the introduction letter. The medical information acquisition part acquires the medical information related to a prescribed patient, from the first database. The inference part performs inference on the basis of medical information acquired by the medical information acquisition part, and the information stored in the second database. The creation processing part inputs the information acquired by the inference part to a prescribed template, for creating at least a part of the introduction letter of the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
