To automatically perform new registration and deletion of a registration target in a white list that defines an email that can be transmitted and received.SOLUTION: A white list management device 10 includes a history extraction unit 11 that extracts at least one of a domain and an email address which satisfies a setting rule as list information from transmission history and reception history of the email, and a whitelist management unit 12 that updates the white list that defines the email that can be sent and received by using the extracted list information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
