An ultrasonic cleaning device is provided. The vibrating surface 17 and the piezoelectric element storing section 21 are connected to each other. A vibration member 15 forming a space surrounding the main surface 5 with the vibration transmitting portion 16. The vibration surface 17 is transmitted with the vibration of the piezoelectric element 3 by the piezoelectric element receiving portion 21 and the vibration transmitting portion 16.
