PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck frame for a railway vehicle of which producibility can be greatly improved, and a truck for a railway vehicle equipped with the frame.SOLUTION: A truck frame for a railway vehicle comprising a pair of side beams 10 which extend in a cross direction, a cross beam 20 which is connected to the pair of side beams 10, and plural reception seat parts 30 which are provided on one of a front part and a rear part of the cross beam 20 and supports at least one of a braking device and a driving device. Each reception seat part 30 has a junction 30a which is welded and joined to the cross beam 20, and is joined to the cross beam 20 in the state that the junction 30a of at least two adjacent reception seat parts 30 of the plural reception seat parts 30 are integrated to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
