The present invention relates to the pharmaceutical sector, and in particular to a device for the sterilization by electron beam irradiation of flexible bags, in particular flexible bags of the type which can contain solutions of human plasma proteins for therapeutic use. Further, the present invention relates to a method for sterilizing the flexible bag by electron beam irradiation, and an in-line method for filling a flexible bag using the sterilizing apparatus and method of the present invention.
