PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display device and image interpretation report generation assistance device, which allow for generating observation remarks more efficiently compared with conventional techniques using voice input.SOLUTION: A medical image display device according to an embodiment comprises; a storage unit configured to store keywords included in an observation remark of a medical image and visual information that intuitively represents meaning of the keywords; a speech input unit for recognizing speech corresponding to the keywords; and a display unit configured to display the visual information corresponding to a keyword superimposed on the medical image upon utterance of the keyword.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
