PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten an operation burden of two-color separation on a user.;SOLUTION: A color separation device comprises: a reference color determination part 62 which determines a reference color based upon pixel values by colors of color setting document image data generated as a color setting document is read in by an image read part 11; a color separation part 65 which separates book document image data generated as a book document is read in by an image read part 11 into the reference color determined by the reference color determination part 62 and the other color for generating color separation data; and a printing control part 66 which prints the reference color as a first printing color by a first printing part 4 based upon color separation data generated by the color separation part 65, and also prints the color other than the reference color as a second printing color by a second printing part 7.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT
