To provide an asphalt sheet that does not use a core material such as glass fiber.SOLUTION: An asphalt sheet is composed of asphalt material or asphalt material and aggregate, and can be formed in a roll shape without using a core material such as fiber. A plurality of the asphalt sheets are arranged in a row on a substrate or/and a lower layer of an asphalt mixture so that end faces of the adjacent asphalt sheets are in contact with each other.
