PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration suppression device and a marine diesel engine propulsion power module system. The power module includes a diesel engine and a gear case connected to the diesel engine via a transmission connection member, and the vibration damping device controls the vibration of the marine diesel engine propulsion power module. The vibration damping device satisfies the requirements of the two-level hierarchical system and includes a first vibration damping structure located on the diesel engine side and a second vibration damping structure located on the gear case side.
