PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional capacitor microphone unit, a unidirectional capacitor microphone and a manufacturing method for a unidirectional capacitor microphone, in which directionality is not affected by an external environment.SOLUTION: The unidirectional capacitor microphone unit comprises: a diaphragm (20); a fixed pole (40) arranged opposing to the diaphragm to constitute a capacitor between the diaphragm and the pole; an insulation seat (50) arranged at a backside of the fixed pole to support the fixed pole; an air chamber (60) formed at the backside of the fixed pole; and a gap (G) formed between the fixed pole and the insulation seat. The fixed pole comprises a sound hole (40h) communicated with the air chamber. The insulation seat comprises a communication hole (50h) for communicating the gap with the outside, and the air chamber is communicated with the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
