Trade area forecasting device and trade area forecasting program

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trade area prediction device and a trade area prediction program capable of predicting a trade area with improved reality in consideration of a factor deemed to have an influence on formation of the trade area.SOLUTION: A primary trade area setting section 10 sets a distance that can be reached within a predetermined time from an object store or a range within a predetermined distance as a primary trade area on the basis of set travel speeds in or set distances of respective sections on a road. A travel speed correction section 14 corrects the travel speeds in or the distances of the sections on the basis of a trade area expansion factor or a trade area contraction factor which has an influence on evaluation of the travel speeds or the distances of the sections. A predicted trade area calculation section 16 calculates a predicted trade area by correcting the primary trade area set by the primary trade area setting section 10 by using: the corrected travel speeds or corrected distances for the sections where the trade area expansion factor or the trade area contraction factor exists; or the uncorrected travel speeds or uncorrected distances for the sections where the same does not exist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
