To provide a design support device and a design support model learning device that appropriately perform, in accordance with result information of a building that has already been designed, design support for each room of the building.SOLUTION: An information acquisition unit 24 of a design support device 100 acquires building use information indicating use of a building to be designed and room use information indicating use of each room of the building to be designed. Then, a design condition output unit 28 outputs the building use information and the room use information acquired by the information acquisition unit 24, and design conditions of each room of the building to be designed based on result information of an existing building that has already been designed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
