The present invention relates to a robot for providing intelligent services in a commercial facility, wherein the robot comprises a mobile trolley, an upper sensor for detecting an object in an upper field of view of the robot, and a robot in a lower field of view of the robot. It has a lower sensor for detecting an object, a display, and a robot computer that communicates with the mobile trolley, the upper sensor, and the lower sensor.
