The invention relates to a novel naproxen derivative, 3-((S)-2-(6-methoxynaphth-2-yl)propanoyloxy)-4,5-bis (((S)-2-(6-methoxynaphth-2-yl)propanoyloxy)-methyl)-2-methylpyridinium (S)-2-(6-methoxynaphth-2-yl)propanoate, which exhibits high anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activity, and also low acute toxicity and gastric toxicity, which can be used in the pharmaceutical industry and in medicine and veterinary science.
