TEACHING DATA CREATING SYSTEM AND TEACHING DATA CREATING METHOD

To provide a teaching data creating system capable of preventing interference between a glass substrate on a hand and a structure in a cassette when the glass substrate mounted on the hand is moved in the cassette even if a teaching work of a robot is simplified.SOLUTION: A teaching data creating system 23 creates teaching data of a robot 3 conveying a glass substrate to a cassette. In the teaching data creating system, a dummy cassette 7 which is formed into the same shape of the cassette and is used in a teaching work has a detection mechanism 28 which measures a position and a height of the glass substrate mounted on a hand and arranged on an upper side of a substrate mounting section of the dummy cassette 7 in a horizontal direction. A robot control section 4 for creating teaching data creates reference teaching data of the robot 3 with respect to the dummy cassette 7 on the basis of the measurement result of the detection mechanism 28 and creates teaching data of the robot 3 with respect to the cassette on the basis of data of a relative position of the cassette with respect to the dummy cassette 7 and the reference teaching data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
