To provide a content distribution management device, a content distribution management method and a content distribution management program, which can efficiently and safely improve a profit of contents.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution management device includes a distribution part, a calculation part and a setting part. The distribution part distributes main contents that are principal contents and a plurality of test contents that are contents for verification, with predetermined ratios. The calculation part calculates a verification value for the test contents on the basis of information on the action of a user to the test contents distributed by the distribution part. The setting part sets any one of the test contents as new main contents on the basis of the verification value calculated by the calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
