KCCM 11826P strain with excellent phosphorus-absorbing ability. The Lactobacillus sp. KCCM 11826P screened by the present invention can effectively inhibit absorption of phosphorus in the intestines. In addition, the Lactobacillus sp. KCCM 11826P can replace calcium-based phosphorus binders, thus minimizing side-effects caused by increased blood-calcium concentrations and effectively preventing or treating hyperphosphatemia and chronic kidney disease. In addition, the Lactobacillus sp. KCCM 11826P screened by the present invention can be administered at much lower cost than conventional phosphorus-binders, and can be administered much easier than conventional phosphorus-binders because the Lactobacillus sp.
