PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COelectrolytic treatment system capable of suppressing cost for treating COstored in a large scale COdischarge source compared to existing immobilization treatment technology and adaptable to geographical conditions of Japan.SOLUTION: There is provided a COelectrolytic treatment system for electrolytic reduction and methanol simultaneous synthesis of COstored in a large scale carbon dioxide discharge source. A cathode catalyst for the COelectrolytic treatment system is a catalyst using platinum oxide, and an anode catalyst is a catalyst using at least one kind of platinum, platinum-based alloy, copper, and lead-based alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
