To provide a reform contract system and a reform contract method capable of reducing a reform cost borne by a client and improving motivation of the client for construction.SOLUTION: A reform contract system 10 according to the present invention for getting a reform contract from a client C1, includes: a construction cost management unit 32 for calculating a total reform amount; and a discount amount management unit 34 for calculating an amount corresponding to an amount of work performed by the client C1 as a discount amount. A reform cost charged to the client C1 is obtained by subtracting the discount amount calculated by the discount amount management unit 34 from the total reform amount calculated by the construction management unit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
