PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water surface boundary detection device, a water surface boundary detection method, and a computer program for detecting a boundary between a water surface and a region other than the water surface even when an edge cannot be correctly detected.SOLUTION: The water surface boundary detection device according to an embodiment has an image input unit, a learning model generation unit, and a boundary detection unit. The image input unit inputs an image obtained by photographing a water surface and a background other than the water surface. The learning model generation unit generates a learning model by learning features of the water surface and the background on the basis of the input image. The boundary detection unit detects a boundary between the water surface and the background by using the input image and the learning model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
