PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management unit, an information management method and a program capable of optimizing anonymization level of personal information depending on the situation.SOLUTION: An anonymization processor 10 includes: a level determination part 11 that identifies a use condition of a piece of registered personal information, and based on the identified use condition, determines the level of anonymization of the personal information when being used; and an anonymization processing part 12 executes a series of anonymization processing at a determined level on the personal information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
