PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation type oscillation circuit capable of improving frequency precision while suppressing an increase in circuit scale or phase noise.SOLUTION: The temperature compensation type oscillation circuit includes: an oscillation circuit oscillating a vibrator; a first correction circuit for correcting a frequency temperature characteristic of an oscillation signal output by the oscillation circuit; and a second correction circuit for further correcting the frequency temperature characteristic of the oscillation signal corrected by the first correction circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
