PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid film having excellent transparency and rigidity, and provide a heat-shrinkable film prepared with the polylactic acid film, having excellent shrinkable properties, and also high transparency and rigidity.SOLUTION: A polylactic acid film has at least one layer predominantly composed of a mixed resin composition of a polylactic acid resin (A) and a cellulose ester (B) with an acetyl group content of 10-25 mass% and a butyryl group content of 25-45 mass%. In the mixed resin composition, a mixture ratio between (A) and (B) is (A)/(B)=92/8-55/45 mass%, and an internal haze value in accordance with JIS K7136 is 15% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
