A suspension device (10) for a non-steered driving wheel (12L, 12R) including a wheel carrier (16L, 16R) having an in-wheel motor (17L, 17R) incorporated therein for driving the driving wheel, and a suspension arm (22L, 22R) pivotally supported on a vehicle body and connected to the wheel carrier by a connecting structure (26L, 26R). The connecting structure (26L, 26R) includes a plate member (54) fixed to the wheel carrier by fastening and a pair of elastic bushing devices (56f, 56r) attached to the plate member. The suspension arm has an open cross sectional portions (60f, 60r) for receiving portions of the plate member and the elastic bushing devices, and the elastic bushing devices are fixed to the open cross sectional portions at both ends.
