PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a weakened line capable of opening a packaging bag reliably.SOLUTION: A packaging bag 100 is a pillow bag and comprises an upper end heat seal part 104, a lower end heat seal part 106, and a central vertical heat seal part 102. The upper end heat seal part 104 has a stepped shape. A space between the other side edge of a wide portion 104a and the other side edge of the packaging bag 100 constitutes a take-out passage 110. A weakened line 112 formed in the wide portion 104a extends to the vicinity of the take-out passage 110 with one side edge of the packaging bag 100 as a starting point. The weakened line 112 consists of a slit 112a in contact with one side edge of the packaging bag 100 and a plurality of cutting lines 112b arranged continuously to the slit and intermittently in a linear form.
