PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber compound power cable, a spacer and a manufacturing method of the optical fiber compound power cable which can manufacture a structure to prevent collapse of optical fiber cable easily.SOLUTION: Provided are multiple power cable line cores, multiple optical fiber cables provided outside of the power cable line cores, and spacers provided in the shape of a tube surrounding the optical fiber cables.
